October 19th, 2007 - Production Release 1.0.3

  • Error 362 - "Order Amount is less than $5." has been added.

October 19th, 2007 - Production Release 1.0.2

  • Change payment specification for the account number in Code D to left justify and blank fill.

July 17th, 2007 - Remaining messages posted to the web.

July 1st, 2007 - Production Release 1.0.1

  • GetRateData functionality has been changed and now works the same regardless of using SubmitFile or SubmitTestFile. This file type is not processed.

June 1st, 2007 - Production Release 1.0.

April 10th, 2007 - Release of Version 0.2.3

  • SubmitFile has been enabled.
  • The Web Service targetNamespace in the WSDL has been updated to use the production targetNamespace.
  • Release date for the production application has been extended to June 1st, 2007, due to rate changes.

March 19th, 2007 - Release of Version 0.2.2

  • Updated MMREF and NASWA Employee layouts to include an optional value for a zero wage report. Employers with a zero wage report needs to be followed by a single Employee Record (RS) using the new value.  Note: If it is not a zero wage record, this column can be ignored.

February 12th, 2007 - Release of Version 0.2.1

  • Added a "Validating" and "Committing" status for use during processing.
  • Added return codes in detail file returned on a GetUploadDetail() method call.

February 5th, 2007 - Release of Version 0.2

  • Posted sample files as well as .NET, PHP, and Java sample Web service clients.
  • Updated web service interface, adding "GetTransactionDetail" method.
    • Note: Totals and Accounts() parameters for the "GetTransactionDetail" currently will return only 0.
  • Limited file name length to 75 characters.
  • Added return message of NotCommitted. This will occur when an action that requires a file to be committed is attempted, but the "CommitValidRecords" function has not yet been called.
  • Added a status of "Cleared". This will be returned if an upload is cleared, and then the "Get Status" function is called.
  • Updated the return type of the "ClearUpload" function from boolean to a string type.

December 12th, 2006 - Release of Version 0.1.1

  • Release of the Payment and Rate Inquiry file specification and methods.
  • Updated max file size from 50mb to 5mb.
  • Updated "GetUploadDetail" method return value to a string.
  • Updated "CommitValidRecords" method return value to a string.
  • Updated "GetRateData" method return value to a string.
  • Updated "ClearUpload" method return value to a string.
  • Added "InvalidFileType" return value.
