Workers Comp 101 now available and online

Now you can learn the basics of workers compensation online without having to leave your office or pick up the phone.  A new guide to understanding workers compensation in Kansas delivers its information through a tutorial that answers the most frequently asked questions and highlights key points.  The Employer Online Tutorial explains the basics of workers compensation and provides links to required forms as well as Kansas statutes and regulations.

Carol Cast, coordinator, employer services, says the tutorial is a “training tool meant to save time and money for employers because they now have the means to search for information without going to an off-site class.”

Employers who have used the tutorial say it’s an excellent tool and plan to use it when training managers and human resource personnel.

You can access the Employer Online Tutorial
