Administrative Law Judge Survey Results

The overall results of the 2007 ALJ survey indicate that attorneys who practice in front of the Workers Compensation Administrative Law Judges are pleased with the job they are doing.  Nearly 1300 surveys were sent out with a return rate over 64%.  An overall rating of 7.2 was achieved.  Judges were rated on fairness, knowledge of the law and courtroom decorum.  An overall rating of 7.2 on a 10 point scale was achieved.
