Continuing Education
Continuing Education Policy:
Registration and attendance does not guarantee the award of continuing education credits. Attendees are responsible for compliance with their occupation’s crediting authority’s requirements.
All attendees seeking credits must sign in at the continuing education table BEFORE attending sessions. Directions for documentation and evaluation materials are provided at sign-in. Read and follow directions carefully.
Attendance is documented and will reflect late arrival and early departure. Failure to sign in may result in the loss of credits.
Attorneys: Affidavits completed at the seminar must meet eligibility to be reported to the Kansas Continuing Legal Education Commission (KS CLE). To quality for submission, the attorney must be a paid and registered
attendee and have SIGNED IN on the Kansas Attorney Roster.
Attorneys are responsible for tracking their own credits as posted by the KS CLE and the Missouri Bar.
Other Continuing Education:
If you are licensed or certified in an occupation that is not pre-approved and need proof of attendance to file for credits on your own, you must sign in at the continuing education table BEFORE you attend sessions.
There are 720 minutes of education available.
Preapproved Continuing Education:
Kansas Attorneys – Subject to Supreme Court Rule 804, this course has been approved by the Kansas Continuing Legal Education Commission for a maximum of 14.0 credits and 2.0 hours of professional responsibility.
Missouri Attorneys – The Missouri Bar has approved this program for up to 14.4 CLE credit hours and 2.4 Professionalism Credit Hours. Missouri Attorneys are invited to complete an evaluation questionnaire at departure from
the seminar. Inquire at the continuing education table.
Certified Case Managers (Day One) – This program has been pre-approved by the Commission for Case Manager Certification to provide continuing education credit to CCM© board certified case managers. The course is approved
for 6.0 CE contact hour(s). Activity code: S0003279 Approval Number: 20135190.
Certified Case Managers (Day Two) – This program has been pre-approved by the Commission for Case Manager Certification to provide continuing education credit to CCM© board certified case managers. The course is approved

Kansas RN, LPN, LMHT – KDOL is approved as a provider of continuing nursing education by the Kansas State Board of Nursing. This course offering is approved for 14.4 contact hours applicable for RN, LPN or LMHT re-licensure.

Continuing Education Information:
Depending on your occupation, it could be several years before you need to submit credit documentation. Reissuing documentation can be done for up to five years from the date you attended.
