Administrative Law Judge Survey Results

The overall results of the 2010 ALJ survey indicate that attorneys who practice in front of the Workers Compensation Administrative Law Judges are pleased with the job they are doing. More than 2,000 surveys were sent out with a return rate close to 30 percent. An overall rating of 7.4 on a 10-point scale was achieved. Judges were rated on fairness, knowledge of the law, and courtroom decorum.
