Speaker Nomination

Speaker Nomination must meet eligibility to be reviewed by the planning committee. To qualify, Speaker Nomination must contain the following elements:

  • Presentation Title
  • Nominator’s:
    1. Name
    2. Telephone Number (include area code)
    3. Email address
  • Speaker’s
    1. Name
    2. Company or Organization
    3. Address
    4. City
    5. State
    6. Zip
    7. Telephone Number (include area code)
    8. Email address
    9. Education and working background
  • Presentation Description (must be at least one paragraph in length)
  • Three or four sentences which describe what will be learned

Speaker Nominations which meet eligibility will be reviewed by the planning committee and kept on file for a two-year period. The same Speaker Nomination cannot be resubmitted within the two-year period. There is no guarantee Speaker Nominations submitted will be selected for seminar use.
