Schedule of Medical Fees

The January 1, 2012 edition of the Schedule of Medical Fees is now available for download. The 2008, 2010 and 2011 editions will continue to be available for convenience in billing services provided between January 1, 2008 and the end of 2011.

Appendix B, the Quick Reference Table in the back of the Schedule, will be available as a separate file in addition to its inclusion as an appendix.

The Quick Reference Table online search engine has been upgraded to use the new 2012 values. The versions of this Web application using January 1, 2008, January 1, 2010 or January 1, 2011  values will continue to be available online. When using the QRT online search engine, please be sure to use the version appropriate for your billing needs.

Printing Note: When printing a specific page or pages from any of these documents, your printer will use the page number shown in the box at the bottom of the Acrobat Reader window, not the page number shown on the actual document. For example, if you want to print pages 53 and 54 in the 2012 Schedule of Medical Fees, you would tell the printer to print pages 58-59. If printing an unnumbered page, again use the page number shown in the box at the top of the Adobe Reader window.

For easier navigation through the Kansas WC Schedule of Medical Fees and Kansas WC Quick Reference Table files, go to the Bookmark pane along the left edge of the Reader window. The bookmarks take you to the first page of the named section in the Schedule.
