Filing a Wage Claim

To file a claim for wages, you must fill out and sign a Claim for Wages form.

Once we receive your claim form, we will review it to assure jurisdiction and completeness. Once we begin processing your claim, you will be kept updated on the progress. For more information, see Wages and Pay.
