Accident Prevention

Under state law K.S.A. 44-5,104, insurance companies providing workers compensation coverage to employers in Kansas are to provide certain safety services to those they insure. If you have requested assistance in your safety and health program and your workers compensation carrier denied you assistance, please contact our office at (785) 296-6325.

Under state law K.S.A. 44-5,104, insurance companies providing workers compensation coverage are to provide certain safety services to those they insure.

Insurance companies are to file form K-ISH 28 with our department annually. The reporting period is from July 1st through June 30th each year. The form must be submitted by July 31st. You may download this form, complete it and mail a printed copy to our office.
