OFFICIAL DISABILITY GUIDELINES

The Division of Workers Compensation has adopted the Work Loss Data Institute’s Official Disability Guidelines – Treatment in Workers Comp (ODG) as the standard of reference for evidence-based medicine used in caring for injured workers. The Work Loss Data Institute is an independent database development company focused on workplace health and productivity. Note: Changes to the ODG are published monthly: No update is available for January of any year, the month of publication of the annually revised hard copy book. Updates previous to the current edition are available for the 10 months prior to the current release, so that at any time a full year's changes will be available (January is not included in the count for the year).
