SIDES Participation
The State Information Data Exchange System (SIDES) and SIDES E-Response allow companies to electronically respond to UI information requests from KDOL. This eliminates delays caused by mailing the documents. Once you are enrolled in SIDES you can use your Employer PIN to access the SIDES site.

Rated governmental employers, the Kansas Department of Labor will soon be electronically transmitting your notice of benefit charges through the SIDES website. SIDES provides a secure website that allows you to: review claims, respond quickly to notices, and obtain a confirmation number that your response was submitted successfully.

To ensure that you receive these important email notifications, please provide the following information to kdol.sides@ks.gov or by fax to (785)368-8388.

  • Business Name
  • Serial/account number
  • FEIN
  • Email addresses (you may provide up to 5)
  • Your name
  • Your phone number

Experience Rate Notices Mailed Soon

The 2020 Experience Rate Notices will be mailed by the end of October. Watch for your new rate information in the mail!

Changes in Banks

Effective JUNE 1, 2019. All ACH Credit payments must be made through US Bank.
