Electronic Quarterly Notice of Benefit Charges Available

by Audri Smith | Feb 04, 2020

Electronic Quarterly Notice of Benefit Charges statements are now available for rated governmental employers.  If you have any charges for the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd quarter, you can view your notices online at www.kansasemployer.gov when you login to the employer portal.  When you have charges, your notice will be available online on the first business day on the 2nd month of the following quarter (February, May, August, November).  It is important to check the KDOL website as you will have twenty days from the date the notice is available online to submit a protest.  With the new quarterly and electronically delivering of Notice of Benefit Charges makes protesting easier than ever as you can protest online.

For further information and instructions, view our short video tutorial available at www.kansasemployer.gov.

Contributing employers can expect access to this new system in May 2020.
