Coming in 2020 - Quarterly Electronic Notice of Benefit Charges

Rated governmental employers, the Kansas Department of Labor will soon be electronically transmitting quarterly your notice of benefit charges through the SIDES website. SIDES provides a secure website that allows you to: review claims, respond quickly to notices, and obtain a confirmation number that your response was submitted successfully.

To ensure that you receive these important email notifications, please provide the following information to kdol.sides@ks.gov or by fax to (785)368-8388.

  • Business Name
  • Serial/account number
  • FEIN
  • Email addresses (you may provide up to 5)
  • Your name
  • Your phone number

    I am the City Clerk for the City of Kanopolis & received your flyer to include email addresses for notifications, however, it doesn't say where to send the flyer back to.  Once I have filled it out, where do I send the information?  My email is ckanopolis@eaglecom.net.
