Continue to monitor our website or follow us on social media for the latest updates on new programs and legislation.

The Kansas Department of Labor’s IT system has been struggling due to the heavy load placed upon it by enormous claims volumes. The benefits site, www.GetKansasBenefits.gov, is now accessible, however you may still experience delays when filing your claims.
