The Kansas Department of Labor’s IT system has been struggling due to the heavy load placed upon it by enormous claims volumes. The benefits site, www.GetKansasBenefits.gov, is now accessible, however you may still experience delays when filing your claims.

it has been 4 weeks since I filed, received the letter of approval. I am a part-time self-employed and full-time w2 employee. I faxed all the paperwork and mailed them as well.

it is beyond frustrating when you call 50 times a day no answer

    hello-

I have not received any UI benefits since I filed late March. I received voicemail from DOL stating my UI was approved on 4/10/20. I am a self employed dentist and sent in my forms for being officer in my corp and self employed form...when i check my claim statusit says still trying to determine eligibility. Its frustrating to say the least.

my other self employed dental colleagues are collecting and im wondering why i have not received anything?

I have filed a complaint with the Governors office as well. This has been eye opening and feel bad for others because im certain lots of people in my situation.
