The Kansas Department of Labor’s IT system has been struggling due to the heavy load placed upon it by enormous claims volumes. The benefits site, www.GetKansasBenefits.gov, is now accessible, however you may still experience delays when filing your claims.

Governor Laura Kelly Announces Additional Dept. of Labor Resources for Kansans

Governor Laura Kelly announced a new customer service hotline and email for Kansans who have been affected by the recent duplicate payments. Kansans can reach out to the Department of Labor for assistance at the following resources:
