My Reemployment Plan
The My Reemployment Plan (MRP) program helps connect Kansans to job opportunities through one-on-one assistance with workforce service professionals in their local area.
Enrollment Requirement
Individuals who receive unemployment benefits may be required to participate in MRP as part of continued eligibility for benefits.
How Enrollment Works
Claimants who receive three weeks of unemployment benefits will be automatically enrolled in MRP. Once enrolled, they will be notified of next steps.
NOTE: Only those who are notified need to enroll in MRP. Claimants that receive three weeks of benefits will be enrolled.
Compliance Requirements
Completion of the My Reemployment Plan (MRP) enrollment process is mandatory once you are enrolled or notified to participate. Participation status is monitored and reported by KANSASWORKS. Failure to comply with MRP requirements will be reported to the Kansas Department of Labor (KDOL) and may result in denial of unemployment insurance (UI) benefits.
